Delays for delivery may vary depending on the time of the season and depending on the product ordered. Please visit the home page for an updated delivery delay. Shipping is free for all deliveries in Canada. For purchases of more than $38, a delivery tracking number will be provided for free. For purchases of under $38, delivery without a tracking number is included. In the latter case, however, you can buy a delivery tracking number.
This policy is subject to change in case of delivery to remote regions (for example: northern Quebec). In such a case, an additional charge of $11 will be applied. This particular situation happens rarely. All deliveries are expedited by Canada Post. You will receive a tracking number via email 1-3 days before receipt of your package.
For deliveries to the USA: + $19.
It is now possible to exchange Gibou products within 15 days following the delivery of your package. The items must have not been worn. Prior to returning the product, you must notify us at the following address: email@example.com
In the returned package, you must provide your name, order number, phone number, email and a brief explanation of the reason for exchange.
The customer is responsible for return-shipping costs except in the case of a defective product.
Sales are non-refundable.
