How did you start knitting? (if not with Gibou)

With my grandmother Emma, when I was little, I used to enjoy making multi-coloured scarves.

Where do you knit, under what circumstances?

Anytime, outdoors, on the veranda, depending on my inspiration at the moment.

What is your favourite Gibou colour?

Frosted Violet

What field did you retire from?

Banking

What do you like most about being retired?

Spending more time with my husband, because he has an irregular work schedule. So, when he's off, I am too.

Do you have any life advice for a young adult?

Find happiness in the little things. I've been practicing voluntary simplicity for several years. That way, you need to work less to afford superfluous things. Spend time with the people you love.
