Care Instructions

Do not use bleach on any item.

Sewn accessories

 

You can machine wash your sewn accessories on a delicate cycle, in a small mesh bag to protect them. It is recommended to dry the items flat.

 

Self-care collection

 

Machine wash on a delicate cycle.

 

 

Hand-knitted items

Wash the knitwear by hand in room temperature water and dry flat. Use a mild soap.

- Beanie: remove the pompom before washing the product.

- Scarves: avoid hanging this product.

Merino

Avoid washing the product. If necessary, please use dry cleaning.

 

Product warranty

We offer a warranty on all our products except for final sale items such as samples. Please refer to the product page for warranty details. If your pom-pom breaks, please email info@gibou.ca and attach a photo of the damage.
