Delivery

Delivery to Canada

We offer two delivery options, depending on the items selected:

1. With tracking number

You will receive a tracking number by email within 1 to 3 business days after placing your order. Once your order is processed, delivery will take place within 1 to 3 business days. You will be able to track your package through the updates provided.

2. With stamp

For small parcels, we offer a delivery option with a stamp, which is more economical, but with a longer delivery time, depending on the destination.

- Delivery time: 2 to 15 working days after the package leaves our workshop.

- Order processing: between 1 and 3 business days.

- Please note: In some regions or in case of problems, delivery may take up to 3 weeks.

Delivery to the United States

- Fixed fee: $12

- Delivery time: 4 to 7 working days after your order has been processed.

Delivery in Europe

- Fixed fee: $13

- Delivery time: 6 to 10 working days after order processing.

- Customs clearance fees may apply.

Please note that delays may be longer during peak periods, particularly between December 24th and January 5th.

Delivery elsewhere in the world

We do not currently ship outside of Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and France. For special requests, please contact us at info@gibou.ca .

Exchanges and Refunds

If an item is not suitable, you can request a refund within 15 days of receiving your package, or opt for an exchange or a credit note within 30 days.

- Items must be unworn and have their original tags attached.

- Before returning a product, please contact us at info@gibou.ca .

- Include in the return package: your name, order number, phone number, email address and a brief explanation of the return.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of an error on our part.
