Shipping and Exchanges

Shipping Delays:

Shipping costs may vary. Please refer to the top of our home page.

With tracking number: Packages will be shipped with Canada Post. You will receive a tracking number via email, 1 to 3 days after placing your order. Shipping delays are 1 to 3 working days. 

With stamp: This option is only for small packaged, but it may take longer depending on the region where it is shipped. Shipping delays are 13 working days. 

Shipping in the United States

For deliveries to the USA the delivery fee is $12 and the delay is 7 working days. 

International Shipping

We do not currently ship outside of Canada and the USA. Please contact us at info@gibou.ca for special request. Nous ne livrons pas à l'extérieur du Canada ou des États-Unis présentement. 

Exchanges

If the items are not to your liking, it is possible to get a reimbursement of Gibou products within the 15 days following the reception of the package and to exchange it (credit note) within 30 days. The items must not have been worn. Before returning the product, you must write to us at the following address info@gibou.ca. In the returned package, the customer must write their name, order number, telephone number, email address, as well as a brief explanation of the reason for the exchange. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs except in the case of an error of the merchandise.
