Wool: 100% Canadian wool. Wool is a natural material, which insulates and allows air to breathe through its fibers.
Fur: All of our furs are recycled. Being a natural fiber, each fur item is unique. The fur used for our products is washed and treated by a specialist before it is converted.

The sizes of the hats are one-size-fits-all because the knitted wool stretches. In case the size of your head is particularly large or small, let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org before or after you have placed your order. Just leave us your name, order number and your request. Please note that the delivery time may vary for tailored orders.
Current knit and ship delivery time in Canada: 15 days.
Delays for delivery may vary depending on the time of the season and depending on the product ordered. Please visit the home page for an updated delivery delay. Shipping is free for all deliveries in Canada. For purchases of more than $38, a delivery tracking number will be provided for free. For purchases of under $38, delivery without a tracking number is included. In the latter case, however, you can buy a delivery tracking number.
This policy is subject to change in case of delivery to remote regions (for example: northern Quebec). In such a case, an additional charge of $11 will be applied. This particular situation happens rarely. All deliveries are expedited by Canada Post. You will receive a tracking number via email 1-3 days before receipt of your package.
For deliveries to the USA: + $19.
It is now possible to exchange Gibou product within 15 days following the receipt of your package. The items must not have been worn. Prior to returning the product, you must notify us at the following address: email@example.com.
In the returned package, the customer must provide his name, order number, phone number, email and a brief explanation of the reason for exchange.
The customer is responsible for return-shipping costs except in the case of a defective product.
Sales are non-refundable.
Product Warranty: Pompons are guaranteed one year.
If your pompom breaks, please write to firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with a picture of the broken pompom. In case you are dissatisfied with a product, do not hesitate to contact us, your satisfaction is important to us, we will find a solution.
