Size - One-size-fits-all

All of our products are one-size-fits-all, since every single creation is knitted by hand and completely unique.

Summer headbands: our headbands are stretchy, our modals are standard.

Beanie: The sizes of the hats are one-size-fits-all because the knitted wool stretches. The size has been made to fit a standard woman head. We can also make hats for men, just write us an email at info@gibou.ca before or after you have made your order.

Made-to-measure (beanie or headband)

Since the beginning of the pandemic, it is no longer possible to make custom knitted items to minimize contact with the retirees. However, since knitting is not an exact science and that all of items are unique, we may have slightly larger or smaller items in stock that are the right size for you. To explore this option, please follow the next steps:

In the case that the size of your head in particular small or big, send us an email at info@gibou.ca after making your order. Make sure to write your name and the order number in the message. Please include the following information as well:

1- The contour of the head (where the bottom of the hat passes).

2- The depth of the head (from the bottom of the earlobe to the bottom of the earlobe on the other side passing through the top of the head).

It will be possible for us to knit you a custom hat.
